We accept most methods of payment such as major credit cards, checks, cash, crypto.
No. Basements vary too greatly in cleaning times. We recommend ordering the hourly rate if you want your basement included, as well. Any extra room, including an office or den, is included in the flat rate price as long as you consider them a bedroom. For example, if you have one bedroom plus an office you would choose the 2 bedroom apartment option.

Payments Accepted

Cancellation Policy
All services provided/rendered are guaranteed to meet and/or to accede industry standards. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us if you wish to change/cancel your order no later than 24 hours prior to service rendering date and time. If you chose to change service type to a lesser value there will be no refund for the difference in the amount.
